Your Offer Isn’t the Problem Misalignment Is

If you’ve ever felt like you’re selling something that should work but just isn’t landing, this blog is for you. In this post, I’m diving into what offer alignment really means and how to tweak, shift or reframe your offer so it finally feels good to you and irresistible to your ideal client.

Let’s talk about that weird feeling you get when you’re trying to sell something you should be excited about… but you’re just not feeling it.

You know the one:

  • You created the thing.

  • You know it gets results.

  • You’ve had some great clients go through it.

But when it comes to talking about it?

You shrink. You avoid. You get wobbly.

And deep down, you’re wondering if there’s something off.

Here’s the truth most people don’t want to admit:

It’s not always the offer that’s wrong. It’s the alignment that’s off.

What offer alignment really means

Offer alignment isn’t just “do I like it?”

It’s not “does it work?”

It’s about energetic congruence.

It’s:

  • Is this offer a match for the clients I actually want to work with right now?

  • Is it priced in a way that feels fair and clean — not resentful or undercharged?

  • Is the delivery method something I enjoy and can sustain?

Because if you’re running a group program but secretly wish it were 1:1…

If you’re charging £500 when your energy is screaming “this is worth £2k”…

If you’re teaching something that no longer lights you up…

…your clients feel that.

And even if they don’t know exactly what’s off, your energy tells them: “Don’t buy this.”

So what do you do when something feels off?

You don’t throw the whole thing in the bin.

You do ask better questions.

  • What would this offer look like if it truly served both me and my clients?

  • What would I change if I didn’t care what anyone thought?

  • What’s the version of this that makes me excited to sell again?

Offer alignment doesn’t mean burning everything down.

It means tweaking it until it feels true again.

Sometimes that’s a pricing shift.

Sometimes it’s a delivery change.

Sometimes it’s realising this offer was meant for an older version of you and you’ve simply outgrown it.

And when you find that aligned version?

Selling becomes easier.

Clients respond faster.

You stop hiding.

You start showing up with clarity, confidence and conviction.
