FREE · 14-18 SEPTEMBER · 5PM LIVE EACH DAY
You've built your business around what clients want, what sells, what you should post and what everybody else says works.
For five days, we're putting YOU back into the equation.
You have strategies.
You have ideas.
You may have courses, programmes, notebooks, prompts and half-built plans everywhere.
The problem is that after years of asking what clients want, what people will buy, what the market is doing, what you should sell and what you should post, it is very easy to build a business that technically works - but does not work particularly well for you.
You can make money and still dread the delivery.
You can know how to sell and still keep changing the offer.
You can have years of experience and still stare at a blank screen wondering what on earth to post.
You can be very good at business and still feel as though you are making it up week by week.
That is what we are sorting out.
Most business advice starts here:
What does the client want?
What will they buy?
What should I sell?
What should I charge?
What should I post?
What strategy is working now?
All useful questions.
But there is one question that has quietly ended up at the bottom of the list:
Does this business actually work for me?
The Expert Identity Challenge changes the order.
Who are you?
What do you want to do?
How do you want to do it?
What do you want to sell?
Who do you want to work with?
How does this business need to fit your life, energy, personality and bandwidth?
Then we bring the client, the market and the commercial strategy back in.
That is what I call a Me First Business.
Not a business that ignores clients.
A business that remembers you are one of the people it has to work for.
You have been around long enough to be sceptical of giant promises.
You keep changing the offer, message or plan and would quite like to stop.
You can make money, but sometimes wish you had not sold the thing you now have to deliver.
You are tired of chasing cash and want a more predictable way of operating.
You keep asking AI what to post because you are not sure what you actually want to say.
You have bought useful strategies but struggle to make them stick.
You want business to feel easier without becoming less commercial or less ambitious.
You want to know what you are doing, why you are doing it and what you are saying no to.
Not a five-day personality makeover.
Not another enormous promise.
By the end of the week I want you to have a much clearer answer to three very practical questions:
I KNOW WHAT I'M DOING AND WHY.
I KNOW WHAT TO POST.
I KNOW WHO I WANT TO BE IN THIS BUSINESS.
And I want you to start seeing how to make money in a way you actually want to repeat.

Monday 14 September to Friday 18 September.
A task each day, with the existing workbook to help you work through it.
At 5pm each day I will go live in the Facebook group for around an hour to unpack the day, answer questions, talk about what I am seeing and help you make sense of it.
Then on Sunday 20 September at 7pm we come back together on Zoom for the masterclass that pulls the whole week together.
There will also be a dedicated WhatsApp group for live links, key reminders and practical updates.
I'm Helen Tudor.
I've spent more than a decade under the bonnet of expert businesses - helping people with positioning, visibility, offers, clients, sales and the bit underneath all of it: identity.
I have built businesses that made a lot of money. I have also built things I did not particularly want to keep doing.
That is partly why I care so much about this work now.
I am not interested in helping you create a more successful version of a business you already resent.
I want to help you work out what you are selling, why, to whom and how to make it commercially work in a way that also works for you.
If you are ready for your business to make sense again, join us.
